2022 Medicare Enrollment Review

for Medicare Nationwide Clients

The 2022 Medicare enrollment season is upon us. To determine whether you need to change your plan, we ask that you fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We will review the options available for 2022 and make recommendations whether to switch or to stay.

The flow will go as follows.

  1. Fill out the form below. We will address each client in the order the form is received.
  2. After submission of the form, we will put together a 2022 review and respond back with our findings and recommendations. We will notify you by both text and email.
  3. If we recommend switching, we will send you our calendar so you can make an appointment to speak with us.

Note that we will not send review packets until October 15th. If you have not received your review packet by November 1st, please contact us at annualreview@medicarenationwide.com.
